The warm, sunny climatic conditions of Sicily, mitigated by sea breezes, favor optimal ripening of the grapes, ensuring excellent aromatic and sugar concentration.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo long maceration to extract maximum aromatic and polyphenolic substances. The wine is aged for approximately 14 months in French oak barriques, acquiring complexity and roundness.

Description: The 2018 Burdese IGT by Planeta is a wine of great character and intensity, an expression of a project that combines tradition and innovation in Sicily. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc represents a tribute to the great tradition of Bordeaux wines, reinterpreted with a Mediterranean twist. Thanks to its significant structure and aromatic richness, it is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately or left to evolve in the cellar for many years.

Classification: IGT (Typical Geographical Indication)

Type: Red Wine

Allergens: Contains sulfites

Awards and ratings: This wine has received several positive ratings from international critics.
