The mild climate of the area, mitigated by the nearby Lake Iseo, favors balanced ripening of the grapes, maintaining good acidity.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and undergo soft pressing to extract the free-run juice. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barriques, with aging on the lees for at least 30 months, which gives the wine a distinctive creaminess and aromatic complexity.

Classification: Franciacorta DOCG

Type: Classic Method Sparkling Wine

Dosage: Satén (equivalent to a Brut with pressure below 5 atmospheres)

Allergens: Contains sulfites

Awards and scores: Antica Fratta's Essence Satén Franciacorta DOCG 2019 has achieved excellent recognition.
