The volcanic soil gives the wine its characteristic minerality, while the altitude ensures slow ripening of the grapes, maintaining freshness and complexity.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented at low temperatures to preserve varietal aromas. After fermentation, the wine matures in steel tanks to maintain freshness and vibrancy, highlighting the mineral and fruity notes typical of Etna Carricante.

Description: Etna Bianco DOC Carricante Bianchi is a wine that captures the essence of Etna, expressing freshness, finesse, and a unique minerality.
