In their winery, which has existed since 1901 and has belonged to the Foradori family since 1939, they were already working on a mass selection of Teroldego in 1985. Just a year later, they pressed their first \"Granato.\" Today, it is an icon of biodynamic viticulture, certified since 2009. Emilio, Theo, and Myrtha continue and develop their parents' work today. Together with their mother, Elisabetta, they are working on an operational concept that harkens back to the partially mixed farming of the past.
