The deep roots of the vines find nourishment in the geological characteristics of the soil, contributing to the wine's minerality and complexity.

Vinification: Manual harvest with careful selection of the bunches. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and long maceration on the skins for optimal extraction of color and tannins. Aging takes place in French oak barriques for about 12 months, followed by a period of resting in the bottle.

Description: Jo IGT by Gianfranco Fino is an excellent example of how Negroamaro can reach the highest levels of elegance and depth.
