Fermentation takes place with maceration for a period of 7 days, with 5 manual punch-downs daily. This is followed by maturation in new 225-liter French oak barriques for about 15 months. No stabilizing treatments, no filtration, and no use of pumps; racking and wine movements are carried out exclusively by gravity.

Description: The Malcantone Rosso dei Ronchi from Cantina Monti is a blend of five grape varieties, predominantly Merlot, grown in Ronchi di Cademario.
