No stabilizing treatments, no filtration, and no use of pumps; racking and wine handling are carried out exclusively by gravity.

Description: The Malcantone Rosso dei Ronchi from Cantina Monti is a blend of five grape varieties, with a predominance of Merlot, grown in Ronchi di Cademario.
