Born from the union of the historic Stellibofel and Neubruch parcels in Maienfeld, this wine benefits from a cool, ventilated alpine microclimate that enhances its vibrant mineral component. The skillful vinification in large wood combined with prolonged lees ageing gives the palate a silky texture without ever weighing down its profile, resulting in a white wine of great gastronomic tension, precision, and elegance.

Classification: AOC Graubünden (Controlled Designation of Origin)

Type: Still dry white wine

Dosage: Not applicable

Allergens: Contains sulphites

Awards and accolades: Consistently rated at the top by Swiss and international critics (including Weinwisser with scores between 17/20 and 18/20)

Production philosophy: Integrated production

Note: Product images are for illustrative purposes only; label graphics or bottle shapes may vary depending on the vintage or winery restyling.
