The influence of the Mediterranean climate, with hot and breezy summers, promotes optimal ripening while maintaining a balance between acidity and flavor concentration.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the aromas. A short aging period in oak barrels follows, which helps to smooth the tannins without overpowering the fruity character of the wine.

Description: Tua Rita's Rosso dei Notri is a wine with a vibrant, accessible, and versatile character, created to offer a youthful and fruity tasting experience. Compared to other labels from the winery, it focuses on a more immediate and enjoyable profile, while maintaining the elegance and quality distinctive of Tua Rita. It is ideal for those who want a Tuscan wine that combines tradition and modernity, perfect to enjoy on informal occasions or paired with typical Italian cuisine dishes.

Classification: IGT Toscana

Type: Red Wine

Allergens: Contains sulfites

Awards and ratings: The Rosso dei Notri 2023 by Tua Rita has received the following accolades:

Falstaff: 92 points.

James Suckling: 93 points.

Philosophy: Integrated production

Note: Product images are for illustrative purposes only; the label design or bottle shape may vary depending on the vintage or winery rebranding.
