The soil is predominantly clay-limestone, a characteristic that contributes to the wine's structure and minerality. The altitude and sun exposure favor a balanced ripening of the grapes while maintaining freshness and aromatic intensity.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and subjected to rigorous selection. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation, with prolonged maceration to optimally extract tannins and aromatic compounds. Aging takes place in French oak barrels for about 18 months, ensuring structure and complexity.

Description: The Vigna Asinone Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG is one of the most representative wines of the Poliziano winery.
