The story of Tivinum is the story of a family that made wine its true life mission. Canetti SA was founded in 1974 with the insight of Pietro Beretta, owner of the Locarno Brewery, who took over the historic company Fratelli Canetti, established in the 1920s. Since then, the company has evolved under the leadership of Didier Renoux and has successfully combined winemaking tradition with the needs of an increasingly international market.
In 1984, Didier Renoux took the reins of the company, moving it to the Losone warehouse and transforming it into a benchmark for the sector. Today, his son Matteo Renoux carries on the family legacy with great passion and dedication, keeping the wine shop up to date without ever losing its bond with tradition.
