Aroma: Complex, broad and enveloping, with notes of ripe fruit such as cherry, tobacco, cocoa and vanilla
Taste: Harmonious and velvety, with an elegant structure that reflects the careful selection of vintages and the long aging process

Pairings: Ideal as a meditation spirit; pairs well with dark chocolate, cocoa-based desserts and dry pastries
Terroir: The pomace comes from the Monferrato hills, a territory renowned for the production of Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes, which give the grappa a unique aromatic complexity
Vinification: Discontinuous distillation in copper steam stills, followed by 20 years of aging in small barrels made of different woods. The 75th Anniversary Reserve is obtained by blending ten different vintages from the "Founder's Selection" of Paolo Berta, from 1983 to 1994

Each bottle is packaged in a box made of American Canaletto walnut, handcrafted and hand-painted, with details that evoke the company's history, such as the map, the bicycle and the ladybug, which are symbols present in the internal parchment

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
