Description: The "Bondola del Nonu Mario" is a tribute to grandfather Mario, evoking the scents of grapes crushed by foot in childhood. This wine celebrates the rebirth of the indigenous Bondola grape variety, once predominant in the Sopraceneri and then almost disappeared with the advent of Merlot. Today, thanks to the commitment of Azienda Mondò, Bondola is being rediscovered and valorized, offering a wine that combines tradition and authenticity, perfect for accompanying Ticino culinary specialties
