Origin: Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico – Clase Azul Distillery, a symbol of Mexican luxury and famous for its hand-made and hand-painted ceramic decanters.
Raw materials: 100% Blue Weber Agave, grown at high altitude and slowly cooked in traditional stone ovens for over 72 hours.
Color: Intense amber with golden reflections, due to aging in American oak barrels.
Nose: Rich and complex, with notes of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, toffee, toasted wood, and light spicy nuances.
Palate: Sweet and velvety, with aromas of ripe agave, candied fruit, cocoa, cinnamon, and toasted hazelnut. A persistent, smooth, and harmonious finish.
Alcohol content: 40% ABV.
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
Pairings: Ideal to be enjoyed neat to appreciate its complexity. Pairs well with aged cheeses, dark chocolate, or refined desserts.
Terroir: The agaves grow in the red highlands of Jalisco, characterized by mineral volcanic soils and a climate that promotes sugar concentration and aromatic intensity.
Distillation: Double distillation in copper stills, followed by 8 months of aging in ex-whiskey American oak barrels, which impart roundness and elegance.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
