Origin: Tain, Ross-shire, Highlands, Scotland
Raw materials: Made exclusively from malted barley
Color: Deep golden amber with copper reflections, the result of long maturation in ex-bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks.
Nose: Complex and layered, with notes of lemongrass, chocolate orange, citrus marmalade, heather honey, dried figs, jasmine flowers, and a delicate hint of smoke and spices.
Palate: Rich and velvety, with a balance between sweetness and spice. Ripe fruit (peach, mandarin), raisins and figs, orange cream, caramel, and toasted wood notes emerge. Long, elegant finish with a citrusy and lightly smoky touch.
Alcohol content: 43%
Serving temperature: Approximately 18 °C, possibly with a few drops of water to enhance the aromas.
Pairings: Perfect as a meditation whisky. Goes well with dark chocolate, dried fruit, citrus desserts, and honey-based desserts. Also excellent with aged cheeses or simply enjoyed neat.
Terroir: Born in the Scottish Highlands, from the pure waters of the Tarlogie spring. Maturation in ex-bourbon casks and partly in Oloroso Sherry casks imparts complexity, smoothness, and spicy nuances to the spirit.
Production: Aged for 18 years. A portion of the whisky matures exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon casks, while about 30% is transferred into Oloroso Sherry casks. Finally, the two components are expertly blended before bottling.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
