Origin: Speyside, Rothes, Scotland — Distillery founded in 1879.
Raw materials: Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Color: Natural amber gold, imparted by aging in ex-sherry oak casks.
Nose: Fine and delicate, with hints of ripe banana, vanilla, and light notes of dried fruit.
Palate: Round and balanced; banana, lemon, and melon emerge, with a spicy touch of cinnamon.
Finish: Long, sweet, and enveloping, with memories of Galia melon and soft spices.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
Serving temperature: At room temperature, or slightly chilled with a cube of ice.
Pairings: Perfect as a digestif or for meditation. Pairs well with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, toasted nuts, and desserts with pastry cream.
Terroir: Speyside, an area of the Scottish Highlands characterized by a cool climate and pure water that promote slow, elegant maturation. Exclusive aging in sherry-seasoned oak casks, which impart aromatic complexity and natural color.
Production: Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, followed by a minimum of 12 years of aging in ex-sherry seasoned oak casks. No added coloring, only natural maturation.
