Taste: Soft, elegant, and velvety. On the palate, it is warm and persistent, with a perfect balance between the sweetness of ripe fruit, floral freshness, and the spicy complexity imparted by aging in French oak. A long, enveloping, and harmonious finish.

Terroir: Produced from Ticino Merlot pomace, sourced from vines grown on hilly terrain characterized by a temperate climate and alpine influences. Aging in new French oak barrels enriches the spirit with structure and complexity, lending elegance and aromatic depth.
Vinification: The pomace is distilled immediately after racking, without pressing, to preserve its aromas. This is followed by aging in new French oak barrels, which enhances its spicy profile and rounded taste.
