Nose: Floral and spicy bouquet, with vanilla notes derived from wood aging
Taste: Initial citrus and spicy sensations, followed by a crescendo of vanilla and tea leaves; intense, enveloping flavor with extraordinary persistence
Alcohol content: 42.5%
Serving temperature: 18-20°C, in a wide tulip-shaped glass to enhance the aromas derived from wood aging
Pairings: Ideal as an after-dinner digestive; pairs well with almond-based desserts, dark chocolate, or dry pastries
Terroir: The pomace used comes from the Piedmontese hills, a premier area for Moscato Bianco, characterized by calcareous soils and a temperate climate
Distillation: Fresh pomace is distilled using the traditional method in direct-steam copper stills, preserving the typical aromas of the grape variety
Aging: After an initial maturation in small 700-liter oak casks for two years, the grappa is refined for an additional three years in French oak barriques, achieving balance and harmony

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
