Origin: Isle of Mull, Scotland – Tobermory Distillery (founded in 1798, originally called “Ledaig”).
Raw materials: Single Malt Scotch Whisky, from malted barley. Non-chill filtered, natural colour.
Colour: Deep amber with copper highlights, derived from the sherry cask finish.
Nose: Smoky and maritime, with notes of dried fruit, dehydrated peach, peat smoke, seaweed, black pepper, spices, and oak sweetness.
Palate: Full-bodied and complex: elegant peat, pungent spices, orange peel, tobacco, coffee, and a touch of sea salt. A balance between sherry sweetness and smoky character.
Finish: Long and persistent, with notes of smoke, liquorice, cocoa, and sea spray.
Alcohol content: 46.3%.
Serving temperature: 18–20 °C.
Pairings: Smoked salmon, aged cheeses (Cheddar, Pecorino), grilled red meats, game, dark chocolate.
Terroir: Isle of Mull, a windy and salty maritime climate, with peated spring water that imparts a smoky intensity.
Production: The malted barley is fermented with peated spring water from the Isle of Mull, giving the distillate a smoky and maritime character. After 16 years in ex-bourbon casks, the whisky is finished for 2 years in Oloroso sherry casks, which enrich its complexity with spicy and fruity notes.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
