Grape Variety: Predominantly Tinta Negra Mole, with possible contributions of Malvasia (Malmsey), Bual, and Verdelho

Bouquet: Rich and complex, with notes of dried fruit (walnuts, almonds), honey, caramel, and sweet spices, with hints of candied citrus and dried flowers
Taste: Sweet, enveloping, and smooth, with a silky texture; notes of dried fruit, honey, and cocoa, balanced by a fresh acidity that prolongs the finish

Serving Temperature: 10–12 °C as an aperitif, 16–18 °C as a meditation or dessert wine

Terroir: Produced on the volcanic island of Madeira, characterized by mineral soils and an oceanic climate; vines are grown on steep terraces (poios) exposed to Atlantic winds
Vinification: Fermentation stopped by adding grape spirit to maintain residual sugar; minimum aging of 3 years in American oak barrels using the estufagem method

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
