Origin: Moncalieri, Piedmont, Italy – Torino Distillati distillery, active for generations and renowned for its excellence in the production of Italian gins.
Raw materials: Italian juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, cassia bark, star anise, Italian lemon peels, and pure spring water from Monte Monviso: one of the purest and highest sources in Europe, lending freshness and minerality to the gin.
Color: Crystal clear, brilliant and luminous, with an appearance that evokes purity and elegance.
Aroma: Fresh and intense, dominated by juniper, with herbaceous notes and delicate hints of lemon and coriander.
Taste: Dry and clean, with persistent aromas of juniper, citrus, and light spices. Elegant, smooth, and balanced finish, ideal both neat and as a base for classic cocktails.
Alcohol content: 41% ABV.
Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Ideally served neat, with ice and tonic, or in classic cocktails.
Pairings: Perfect for Gin & Tonic, Negroni, and Martini; also pairs well with appetizers and fresh cheeses, light fish-based dishes, and vegetables.
Terroir: The botanicals come from different Italian regions and find their expression in the Piedmontese distillation process. The pure water from Monviso ensures freshness and authenticity.
Distillation: Vacuum distillation at low temperature to preserve the natural fragrance of the botanicals. Each ingredient is infused and distilled separately, then blended with artisanal care.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
