Origin: Morcote, Ticino, Switzerland
Raw materials: Distilled from neutral grain alcohol, flavored with local botanicals (with a predominance of juniper).
Color: Crystalline, clear, transparent.
Nose: Intense and balsamic, dominated by notes of fresh juniper, accompanied by herbal nuances, resin, and hints of citrus reminiscent of lemon and orange peel.
Palate: Dry and structured, with a decisive entry of juniper, supported by aromatic herbs and light spicy notes. On the palate, it shows persistence and a clean finish, with a vigorous character due to the high alcohol content.
Alcohol content: 44.5% ABV.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C (also optimal served with ice or in cocktails).

Production: Artisan distillation in small batches. The botanicals are macerated or vapor-infused with neutral alcohol, followed by distillation and reduction to the desired strength with pure local water. Hand-bottled.
