Nose: Complex and elegant, with notes of ripe red fruit, plum, cherry, accompanied by spicy hints of vanilla and coffee
Palate: Robust and well-balanced, with soft tannins and good structure. Flavors of ripe fruit and sweet spices emerge on the palate, with a long and pleasant persistence

Terroir: Vineyards located on the sunny hills of Gudo, with rich soils that give the wine complexity and structure
Vinification: Prolonged maceration of the skins for 25-30 days, alcoholic fermentation at 30-32°C to promote the extraction of color and tannins. Aging for 22 months in French oak barriques from Allier and Nevers

The long maturation in barriques gives the wine depth and a balanced tannic structure, making it suitable for long aging.
