Raw materials: Malted barley
Color: Intense caramel amber, natural without added coloring.
Nose: Rich sherry notes with spiced plums, ripe fruit, and toffee; hints of candied orange peel, warm spices like cinnamon and clove.
Taste: Notes of dry sherry, salted butter on toasted muffins, dried fruit (raisins, apricot), vanilla, toffee, ginger, and toasted wood, with a lingering, slightly salty, tannic finish.

Terroir: Speyside offers a temperate climate, pure water from the River Spey, and fertile soil, key ingredients in the production of elegant and well-structured whiskies.
Serving temperature: 8–12 °C
Pairings: Ideal with aged cheeses, dark chocolate desserts, toasted nuts, dried fruit, and gourmet spicy pairings.
Distillation: Distilled in copper pot stills and matured for 18 years in American and European oak casks seasoned with sherry from Jerez; the double maturation ensures a balance between vanilla sweetness and woody spices.
