Grape Variety: 100% Vermentino
Color: Straw yellow with light greenish highlights, bright and luminous.
Nose: Intense and enveloping, with notes of white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, followed by hints of wildflowers and delicate citrus nuances that intertwine with fresh mineral notes.
Taste: Dry and fresh, it presents a good balance between acidity and structure, with a delicate savoriness that evokes the sea of Sardinia. On the palate, persistent notes of white fruit are perceived, along with a long finish with mineral accents, typical of the limestone soils of Sulcis.

Serving temperature: 8-10° C
Pairings: Excellent with fish-based dishes, such as grilled shellfish, carpaccio, and tuna tartare. It also pairs well with seafood pasta dishes, delicate risottos, fresh cheeses, and light appetizers.
Terroir: The Vermentino vines grow in the sandy and limestone soils of Sulcis, a region characterized by its proximity to the sea and a constant sea breeze. These conditions give the wine a saline character and a freshness typical of the Sardinian coast, ideal for white wines of great minerality and persistence.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the fresh and fragrant aromas of the Vermentino. Subsequently, the wine rests for a few months on the lees to add complexity and structure before bottling.
