Origin: Poznań, Greater Poland, Poland – historic Wyborowa S.A. distillery, active since 1823 and part of the Pernod Ricard group since approximately 1999.

Raw materials: Pure Polish rye and natural water from dedicated springs.

Color: Crystalline, completely transparent, with a brilliant sheen.

Nose: Delicate and smooth, with notes of toasted rye bread, hazelnut, and sweet, natural hints. The aroma is inviting and free of alcoholic harshness.

Taste: Clean and velvety, with a slight sweetness and a balanced finish. Notes of bread crust and hints of dried fruit can be perceived. It is harmonious and full-bodied on the palate, ideal both sipped neat and as a base for cocktails. Excellent value for money according to numerous reviews.

Distillation: A two-stage process: fermentation and primary distillation in small agricultural facilities, followed by refinement using a copper column still and rectification through three columns. The distillate is then diluted with spring water, filtered through natural cellulose, and bottled in Poland. Approximately 3 kg of rye are needed for every liter of raw spirit.
