Origin: Midleton, County Cork, Ireland – produced by Irish Distillers, the historic distillery that preserves the tradition of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey.
Raw materials: Malted and unmalted barley, processed in traditional pot stills; pure Irish water.
Color: Intense amber gold.
Nose: Elegant and complex, with notes of honey, tropical fruit, sweet spices, vanilla, toasted almond, and hints of sherry.
Taste: Smooth and velvety, with aromas of honey, caramel, dried fruit, plum, and a touch of chocolate. Long and creamy finish, with lingering warm spices.
Alcohol content: 46% ABV
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
Pairings: It pairs beautifully with creamy cheeses like Brie and Gruyère, roast meats, or glazed duck, but is also ideal with chocolate-based desserts or crème brûlée, while offering a unique meditative experience when enjoyed neat.

Distillation: Triple distillation in copper pot stills; minimum 12 years of aging in ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and a portion in ex-Malaga wine casks, which provide depth and aromatic richness.
