Taste: Excellent balance between softness and alcohol, with a complex, broad, and persistent bouquet that expresses elegance and aromatic richness.

Pairings: Ideal as an after-dinner digestif, it pairs well with dark chocolate-based desserts or dried fruits.
Terroir: The pomace comes from vineyards located in the hills of Montepulciano, characterized by sedimentary soils of marine origin, calcareous with varying amounts of clay and sand, which give the distillate a particular aromatic finesse.
Vinification: The pomace, still soaked in wine and rich in Sangiovese aromas, is distilled a few hours after racking to preserve the freshness and intensity of the scents.
