Terroir: The grapes come from the morainic hills of Franciacorta, characterized by calcareous and clayey soils that give the wine a marked freshness and minerality. The climatic conditions of the area, with mild winters and hot summers, allow for optimal grape ripening, favoring the wine's aromatic expression and structure.

Vinification: The Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested and subjected to a soft pressing. Fermentation takes place partly in steel and partly in small oak barrels. This is followed by maturation on the lees for at least 24 months, which gives the wine greater complexity and aromatic finesse.
