Taste: Dry, full-bodied, and well-structured, with velvety tannins and balanced acidity. Notes of dark fruit, dark chocolate, and a touch of balsamic are perceived on the palate, leading to a long, persistent finish with a slight mineral hint.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo traditional fermentation with skin maceration to extract aromas and tannins. The wine is then aged in barriques for approximately 12 months, gaining greater complexity and roundness.
