Taste: On the palate it is dry, enveloping and structured, with a good freshness that balances the richness of the fruit. The minerality typical of the Sardinian terroir is evident, providing a pleasant savoriness and a long finish with nuances of citrus and bitter almond

Terroir: The Capichera vineyards are located in the Arzachena region, in the heart of Gallura, where the soil is predominantly granitic. This soil composition gives the wine a marked minerality and savoriness. The Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and sea breezes, promotes optimal grape ripening
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to traditional vinification. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the integrity of the varietal aromas. Subsequently, the wine ages for a few months on the lees to improve aromatic complexity and structure
