Taste: On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, and savory, with good structure and persistence. A pleasant acidity balances the fruit's softness, providing a long and delicate finish with hints of bitter almond and a slight salinity typical of the terroir.

The Mediterranean climate, characterized by strong winds and good sun exposure, promotes slow and balanced grape ripening, enhancing freshness and savoriness.
Vinification: After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo vinification in steel tanks to preserve the fresh, fruity aromas typical of Vermentino. This is followed by a brief period on the lees, which adds complexity to the wine while maintaining its aromatic freshness and typical salinity.
