Nose: Intense and complex, with floral notes of white flowers and broom, accompanied by fruity hints of white peach and citrus, completed by subtle nuances of Mediterranean scrub and light mineral undertones.
Palate: Dry, enveloping, and well-structured, with good acidity that provides freshness and excellent persistence. Notes of ripe fruit, such as apple and apricot, emerge on the palate, accompanied by an elegant minerality that reflects the granitic Sardinian terroir, with a long and harmonious finish.
