Nose: Rich and complex, with notes of ripe forest fruits, cherry, and blackcurrant. Nuances of sweet spices, cocoa, tobacco, and a touch of vanilla from barrel aging emerge.
Palate: Dry wine, full-bodied and enveloping. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, balanced by a vibrant freshness. On the palate, intense notes of blackberry and plum are perceived, with spicy accents and a long, persistent finish.

Serving Temperature: 16/18°C
Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, game, and braised dishes. Perfect with aged cheeses and venison dishes. Excellent with sliced beef (tagliata) and structured dishes such as Tuscan ribollita or pork fillet with mushrooms.
Terroir: The vineyards are located on hilly terrain rich in limestone and clay, which give the wine a distinct minerality and excellent tannic structure. The Mediterranean climate of Montalcino, characterized by hot days and cool nights, fosters optimal ripening of the grapes, which best express the complexity of the terroir.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to controlled fermentation to maximize aromatic extraction. The wine matures in French oak barriques for about 18 months, followed by bottle aging to develop the complexity and elegance of the aromatic bouquet.
