Nose: Complex and enveloping bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry and plum, enriched by spicy nuances of vanilla and hints of toast and graphite

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety on the palate, with elegant and well-integrated tannins. The structure is robust yet balanced, with a freshness that provides vibrancy. The finish is long and persistent, with an aftertaste of wild berries and sweet spices

Terroir: Vineyards located on terraces facing south/south-east, with calcareous and tuffaceous soils. The microclimate fosters optimal grape ripening, giving the wine a distinctive minerality and a tannic structure suitable for aging

Vinification: The grapes, sourced from approximately 30-year-old vines, are hand-harvested. After a three-week maceration, the wine matures for 19 months in barriques, two-thirds of which are new. This is followed by at least one year of bottle aging before release
