Palate: On the palate, it is dry, elegant, and structured, with a pleasant freshness and a slight creaminess. The red fruit and citrus flavors integrate harmoniously with a lively acidity and a subtle mineral note, offering a long and refined finish
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif and accompanying grilled fish dishes, seafood, summer salads, sushi, and light Asian cuisine. It also pairs well with white meats and fresh cheeses
Terroir: The vineyards are located on clay-limestone soils typical of Provence, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with marine influences that promote optimal grape ripening, bestowing freshness and minerality upon the wine
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand during the coolest hours of the day to preserve aromas. After soft pressing, the must partially ferments in large 600-liter oak barrels and in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A brief aging on the lees follows to add complexity and structure to the wine
