Bouquet: A complex and enveloping bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit, cherry, and plum, accompanied by spicy nuances, vanilla, and cocoa
Taste: Dry, structured, with elegant and persistent tannins. Well-balanced by a lively freshness and a minerality that reflects the Ticino terroir. On the palate, notes of wild berries and a pleasant complexity emerge

Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, braised meats, aged cheeses, and mushroom or truffle-based dishes
Terroir: The vineyards located in the Sottoceneri benefit from a mild climate and varied soils, which give the wine a particular minerality and tannic structure, making it suitable for aging
Vinification: Long maceration and aging for 20 months in new 225-liter French oak barriques. The blending of the three wines, vinified separately in the producers' cellars, takes place a few months before bottling
