Grape Variety: Pinot Noir.

Nose: Complex aromas of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by spicy notes derived from oak aging.
Palate: Full-bodied and structured on the palate, with remarkable fruit purity and a touch of aromatic spice from aging in oak barrels.

Terroir: The "Les Noizons" vineyard is located on the eastern slope of the Pommard appellation. The soil is composed of clay and limestone, giving the wine a solid structure and a distinctive minerality. Vineyard management follows sustainable and organic practices, respecting the unique characteristics of each parcel.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected. Traditional Burgundian vinification takes place with minimal intervention, using natural yeasts. The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels (one-third new, one-third one-year-old, and one-third two-year-old), followed by an additional six months in tanks before bottling without filtration.
