Grape Variety: Tempranillo (Tinta del País), Cabernet Sauvignon
Color: Intense cherry red, clean and bright, with violet reflections
Nose: Intense, with a predominance of red and black fruit on a cocoa background, enriched by floral and balsamic notes that provide freshness
Palate: On the palate, it is fleshy and structured, with a balanced acidity that gives a fresh finish. The entry is silky, with hints of black fruit (blackberry), red fruit (redcurrant), and licorice
Serving Temperature: 16-18°C
Pairing: Ideal with roasts, red meats, and game
Terroir: The vineyards, over 60 years old, are located on gravelly and sandy soils in the towns of Guma and San Juan del Monte, giving the wine complexity and distinctive character
Vinification: Hand-harvested in 15 kg crates, with double selection of clusters and berries. Cold maceration at 8°C for 7 days, alcoholic fermentation at 25°C with indigenous yeasts for 7 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in tank. Aged for 14 months in new 225 and 500-liter French oak barrels with medium toast
