Nose: Fruity aromas of green apple, pear, and tropical notes of passion fruit, with a background of hay that provides a pleasant freshness
Taste: On the palate, it offers a fruity and fresh sensation, with good acidity; it is fluid and silky, with a long finish where notes of ripe fruit re-emerge, enriched by contact with the fine lees which give it volume and persistence
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Ideal with seafood, rice dishes, and a variety of fish
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located in the Matapozuelos area, characterized by a continental climate with sandy and calcareous soils, ideal for the cultivation of Verdejo
Vinification: Cold maceration at 8°C for 7 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation for 12 days at 14°C. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling
