Taste: Velvety and balanced on the palate, with well-integrated tannins and a dense structure. The finish is long and savory, with a pleasant mineral persistence.

Pairings: Pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, braised meats, spiced stews, and aged cheeses. Also ideal with mushroom-based dishes.
Terroir: The vineyards are located on the slopes of Monte San Giorgio, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The calcareous soil and unique microclimate, with significant temperature variations, help bestow elegance, minerality, and freshness upon the wine.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo maceration for 18-21 days at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine matures for 12 months in Swiss oak barrels, which enrich the aromatic profile and complexity of the wine.
