Taste: Dry, structured, and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and vibrant freshness. The palate reveals flavors of ripe fruit and a mineral, lightly spiced finish that provides persistence and depth

Pairings: Perfect with grilled meat dishes, roast beef and lamb, game, and aged cheeses such as Tuscan pecorino. Also excellent with pasta with wild boar ragù and truffle risottos
Terroir: The soil is predominantly calcareous and clayey with the presence of alberese and galestro, typical of the Berardenga area. The Tuscan climate, characterized by hot, dry summers and cool nights, favors the slow and optimal ripening of the Sangiovese, giving the wine a marked minerality and freshness.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in steel to enhance the primary aromas of the Sangiovese. This is followed by aging in Slavonian oak barrels for at least 12 months, which enriches the wine's structure and softens its tannins
