Vinification: Manual harvest and temperature-controlled fermentation. After a maceration on the skins for about 10-12 days, the wine is aged in steel to preserve the freshness and typical characteristics of the grape variety. A short period of bottle rest precedes its release to the market, ensuring a harmonious product ready for tasting.
