Bouquet: Fresh and floral, with intense notes of green apple, pear, and white flowers such as acacia, enriched by subtle hints of citrus and a light fragrance of bread crust
Taste: Balanced and soft, with lively freshness. The perlage is fine and persistent, lending a pleasant creaminess to the palate. Fruity notes intertwine with a delicate minerality, enhancing drinkability and leaving a harmonious and refined finish.

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with light appetizers, crustaceans, sushi, and sashimi, as well as with risottos and fish dishes. Also perfect with fresh cheeses and fruit.
Terroir: The Glera grapes come from vineyards located on clay-limestone soils, which give the wine a distinct minerality. The temperate climate of the area, with hilly influences, promotes gradual grape ripening, maintaining a good balance between freshness and aromas.
Vinification: The harvest is carried out by hand to preserve the integrity of the fruit, followed by soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The Charmat method gives the wine its typical fine and persistent perlage, keeping the fresh aromatic notes of the Glera intact.
