Bouquet: Elegant and complex, characterized by scents of small wild berries, such as currants and cherries, enriched by notes of sweet spices, vanilla, leather, and hints of tobacco and dark chocolate.
Taste: On the palate, this Pinot Noir offers a well-defined structure with silky tannins and lively acidity that enhances its freshness. The aftertaste is persistent with fruity and spicy nuances that invite another sip. Perfect balance between intensity and finesse.

Serving Temperature: 16/18° C
Pairings: Pairs beautifully with meat dishes such as beef fillet, roast duck, and game. Also excellent with semi-aged cheeses and risottos with mushrooms or truffles.
Terroir: The vineyards of Mazzon are located on plateaus at an altitude between 400 and 450 meters, characterized by calcareous and clayey soils that impart minerality and complexity to the wine. The area's microclimate, with warm summers and cool nights, favors optimal grape ripening, ensuring finesse and intensity.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with careful temperature control. This is followed by aging in French oak barriques for approximately 18 months, during which the wine develops elegant tertiary notes. Subsequently, the wine rests in the bottle for a further period before being released to the market.
