Nose: Aromas of ripe wild berries, cocoa, dark chocolate, licorice, and a hint of black pepper
Palate: Rich and complex, with notes of ripe black fruit and spices. On the palate, it is structured, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses
Terroir: Soils of granitic/schistous origin with clay/silty structure, which give the wine a distinctive minerality
Vinification: Each variety is vinified separately; alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, cement vats, and small marble basins, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 months in American (60%) and French (40%) oak barrels, followed by at least 4 months in the bottle

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
