Nose: Aromatic and complex, with notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry and blackberry, enriched by nuances of black pepper, aromatic herbs, and slight hints of dark chocolate.
Palate: Dry and round, with soft and well-integrated tannins. The palate reveals a pleasant freshness and good structure, enhanced by a light minerality that gives the wine elegance and persistence. The red fruit notes intertwine harmoniously with spicy nuances, offering a velvety sensation and a long, harmonic finish.

Terroir: This Merlot grows on the hilly terrains of South Tyrol, characterized by a composition of mineral-rich and well-drained soils. The temperature fluctuations between day and night allow for a slow and complete ripening of the grapes, giving the wine structure and aromatic intensity. The location of the vineyards favors optimal exposure, enhancing the fruit quality and the tannic balance of the wine.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by fermentation in steel tanks with delicate maceration to best extract the aromas and structure of the grape variety. Aging takes place for several months in wooden barrels, softening the tannins and enriching the aromatic bouquet with complex nuances.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
