Bouquet: Intense and aromatic, with notes of exotic fruit such as mango and pineapple, followed by hints of citrus, fresh grass, and slight nuances of elderflower and nettle.
Taste: Fresh and lively, characterized by good acidity that balances the fruity notes. On the palate, aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus stand out, with a pleasant minerality that evokes the Alpine terroir. Persistent and refined, the finish is long and slightly savory.

Pairings: Ideal with fish appetizers, shellfish, fish carpaccio, fresh vegetable dishes, and goat cheeses. Also perfect with Asian and spicy cuisine, such as sushi and sashimi, thanks to its freshness and minerality.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located on the hills of South Tyrol, at an altitude between 400 and 600 meters above sea level. The mineral-rich soils and the Alpine climate, with significant temperature fluctuations between day and night, favor the development of intense and fresh aromas, typical of Sauvignon Blanc grown in this area.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grape variety. The wine then matures for a few months on the lees to enrich its structure and aromatic complexity.
