Nose: Intense and fresh, with notes of citrus such as lime and grapefruit, accompanied by hints of exotic fruit like passion fruit and papaya. Floral notes and touches of aromatic herbs, such as sage and basil, complete the bouquet.
Palate: Dry, fresh, and well-balanced, characterized by good acidity and a lively minerality typical of the Dolomite terroir. On the palate, it reveals a pleasantly round and enveloping structure, with a long finish and a slightly saline aftertaste.

Terroir: The Sauvignon Blanc vines grow on the limestone and dolomite soils of the hills of Termeno, enjoying an alpine climate with marked temperature fluctuations. Vinification: After a manual harvest, the grapes undergo soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and varietal aromas. This is followed by brief aging on the lees, which enriches the wine in complexity and texture.
