Palate: Dry and enveloping, with a pleasant freshness that balances the structure. The bubbles are fine and persistent, creating a creamy sensation on the palate. Notes of ripe white fruit, citrus, and a mineral, sapid finish. The persistence is long and harmonious, leaving a pleasant note of freshness and complexity.

Terroir: This Trento DOC sparkling wine originates from vineyards located in the high mountains, with an ideal exposure and mineral-rich soils. The cool climate of the area, with significant temperature variations between day and night, contributes to developing intense aromas and a distinct acidity, fundamental characteristics for a Metodo Classico of great elegance and structure.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and subjected to soft pressing. After alcoholic fermentation, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method (Metodo Classico) and ages on the lees for at least 48 months. This long aging gives the wine complexity and a refined structure.
